Work For Us

Move missions that matter.

Working with Get Outside is distinct from other leadership roles – our first responsibility is to help other leaders build inclusive programs. If you are ready to help others lead, join us!

The Jobs

Regional Program Teams

The Programs Team supports our partners during actual programs, and are based out of a regional hub. You can always apply for these roles, as assignments vary each season.  Many staff move between regions. Roles include:

Field Roles

  • Get Outside Coaches
  • Program Staff

Support Roles

  • Logistics Staff
  •  Bus Drivers

National Support Team

The National Support Team helps provide a consistent operating framework for our regional hubs. These roles open up infrequently, may be full-time (fully remote, with benefits) or contract based.  Roles include:

  • HR
  • Marketing
  • Finance

Working for a Get Outside Bus can be a deeply meaningful experience. You get to support incredible leaders, who are doing important work to make transformational experiences more inclusive and accessible.

It is also challenging. You may be the only Get Outside staff on a program. Our work involves overnight travel, and sometimes lodging is rustic and remote.
